Cozy hotel located in a good area near to cable car and the Ski Lift. Our room had a comfy bed and an exceptional view. We loved that there were lots of facilities in the room such as : central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table. Everything perfect.

It was a hip new hotel, no complains at all, would recomand. Functional & silent rooms with a bath. We were met by caring, knowledgeable personnel. Good service and good value. The pool on the premises was nice.

Location was spectacular, and I liked silent rooms and pretty friendly staff. Variety of fresh food for meals. Funky style hotel with vintage furniture in the rooms. Free shuttle was provided here too.

Handy location, loved the terrace restaurant. The English breakfast was gorgeous, staff offered eggs, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and pancakes. Beds were fine and the whole room was immaculate and absolutely perfect. The staff were all very cordial, top-notch service.

Actually everything was fantastic, you're dope! Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a sitting area in the room. The stuff did all they can for a really enjoyable stay. The pool was excellent.

Fabulous room with soft bed, delicious breakfast with plenty of good food. An electronic key card and a hairdryer in the room, best possible location. Again, the hotel was set at walking distance from a scenic gorge. Impeccably clean place and special service.

The place is quaint and impeccably clean, everything is so perfect, it should have higher than 4 star rating. Luxurious lobby. Need to be added that it has free WiFi throughout the property.

Expert staff, impeccably clean rooms, stunning views. Breakfast was free and there was plenty of food to choose from. The room was gorgeous, had climate control, a safe box and a writing table, I liked it. Unbeatable location close to sunnegga.

we had a car, so 5 minutes drive to gornergrat. we loved staying at matterhorn focus. zermatt station was about 25 minutes walk away.
